Chigutiro runs its own managed 48-seater bus fleet in Zimbabwe. Not a broker, not a rotating cast of third-party operators — the same buses and the same drivers, every hire.

What’s Included in Every Hire
Every Chigutiro hire is wet hire — the bus, driver, and all fuel are included in your quote. You show up, your group boards, and you are not calculating fuel stops mid-trip or budgeting a separate fuel float.
Round trip or one-way, the same rule applies: fuel and driver are covered, and the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.

How Much Does Bus Hire Cost in Zimbabwe?
Our 48-seater bus hire is $280 per day, plus $1.30/km, driver and fuel included.
The final cost depends on:
- Route and distance — the km charge scales with your actual route
- Number of days — how long the bus and driver are needed, including any overnight stops
- Date and availability — peak periods (school holidays, Easter, December) book up fast

How to Get a Quote
Three steps:
- WhatsApp us your details — send your travel dates, destination, and group size to +263 716 173 840
- Receive your quote — we send a quote with a verifiable QR code so you know it is legitimate
- Pay your deposit — 50% deposit locks in your bus. Balance is settled before departure.

What Makes Chigutiro Different?
Most bus hire in Zimbabwe still runs on WhatsApp groups and word of mouth, often through a broker connecting you to whichever operator happens to be available. That system works — until the bus that shows up isn’t the one you were told about, or the driver is unfamiliar, or there’s a dispute over the fuel cost.
