What is the difference between wet hire and dry hire?
Wet hire includes the bus, driver, and all fuel. You are charged per day plus a per-kilometre rate. Dry hire includes the bus and driver. You fill the tank before departure and return it full. A flat daily rate applies with 200km included per day.
Are drivers included in the hire?
Yes. A professional driver is included on all hires, wet and dry.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send us a WhatsApp with your trip details. We will send you a formal quote. A 50% deposit confirms your booking.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations more than 7 days before travel result in loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are charged at the full contract value. See our full terms.
Who pays for toll fees?
Tollgate fees (ZINARA) are the client's responsibility, paid in cash at the tollgate or added to the final invoice.
Do you operate nationwide?
Yes. We have buses available across Zimbabwe. Contact us with your location and we will confirm availability.
